Position Overview:

The Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Wardrobe Maintenance (Laundry) to become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and care for theatre costumes, ensuring they are clean and in excellent condition.
  • Utilize a strong understanding of various fabrics and laundry techniques.
  • Work independently for extended periods, demonstrating self-sufficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid background in theatre costume maintenance.
  • Experience in the West End is advantageous but not mandatory.

Contract Details:

This role is offered as a part-time, fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months. The typical working schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, with potential additional shifts during special events.
