We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our COPD team, you will play a vital role in delivering pulmonary rehabilitation programs across our community sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Conduct respiratory physiotherapy assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for patients with respiratory conditions.
- Supervise and support staff, promoting professional development and excellence in patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of respiratory physiotherapy practices.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Post-registration experience in respiratory care, with a focus on pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills, with up-to-date knowledge of respiratory physiotherapy treatments and evidence-based guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of organization and time management.
