About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support to our Lotus After-Sales Network in the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for on-site technical support, diagnostic support, and root cause analysis to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the Lotus After-Sales Network
  • Conduct diagnostic support and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the European Technical Team to ensure global technical support processes are followed
  • Support the technical field service organization and technical support departments in eliminating complex product defects
  • Support Customer Care teams in resolving customer issues within the network
  • Periodic reporting and analysis of technical issues
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent specializing in vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Automotive background in a similar job for an OEM
  • Extensive knowledge of total vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, and diagnostics
  • Class B driving license
  • 100% willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Fluent English language skills at a technical level
