Position Overview

As a pivotal leader in our convenience store operations, the role of Store Manager is not solely defined by retail experience. If you possess the ability to motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service daily, while leveraging analytical insights to drive meaningful improvements, this position is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities

Your team of Customer and Trading Managers will oversee daily operations, but you will be the driving force behind the store's performance. As a visible and accountable leader, your focus will be on identifying, addressing, and anticipating challenges to ensure seamless operations both now and in the future.

Safety and compliance will be your priority, ensuring a secure environment for both customers and staff. Additionally, you will cultivate talent within your teams, fostering a pipeline of motivated individuals ready to advance into management roles and beyond.

Who You Are

You excel at leading and inspiring large teams to enhance customer experiences. Your problem-solving skills shine as you engage with your teams on the shop floor, providing motivation and guidance as a hands-on leader.

Your approach will be data-driven, utilizing daily insights to identify trends and translate them into actionable strategies that add value to the business. Equipped with the latest technology, including mobile devices, you will remain agile and effective in your role.
