About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Transformation Programme Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering our vision for the CYP system, focusing on the implementation of a new crisis model and working with system partners on wider mental health transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of service transformation projects for CYP mental health services across the ICB.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Director of Transformation/Clinical Strategy and wider team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive innovation and contribute to the development of a culture of bold innovation within the ICB.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered using change management theory, with a focus on rapid delivery and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain close and constructive working relationships with shared ICS functions.
Requirements
  • Master's level education or equivalent level of experience in a specialist area.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience or training.
  • Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
  • Project Management Qualification desirable.
