About the Role

The NHS Suffolk and North-East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking an exceptional Transformation Programme Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the implementation of our Children and Young People (CYP) transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of transformation projects within the CYP programme, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management.
  • Collaborate with system partners to embed existing transformation projects and develop new plans, promoting a culture of bold innovation.
  • Provide project leadership for specified service transformation projects, ensuring they are well-organised, disciplined, and deliver on time.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Director of Transformation/Clinical Strategy and wider team members to drive innovation and contribute to the development of a culture of bold innovation.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered utilising change management theory, rapidly delivering and implementing change.

Requirements

  • Master's level education or equivalent level of experience in a specialist area.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience or training, plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent.
  • Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development.
  • Project Management Qualification (desirable).
