Compensation & Benefits for our Retail Operations Supervisor
Annual salary of £24,862.50

Key Responsibilities as our Retail Operations Supervisor
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to ensure that company objectives, KPIs, and standards are met. You will assist in prioritizing and organizing store activities to maximize sales.
- Partner with the Store Manager to cultivate a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable product advice to deliver the best customer experience.
- Inspire and develop yourself and your team to meet and exceed KPIs, unlocking your full potential.
- Maintain self-awareness, being able to question, learn, and take accountability for your performance and that of the store alongside the Store Manager.
- Embody the Pavers ethos, consistently leading by example.
