About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Mental Health Recovery Practitioner to join our team at Imagine Independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist support to empower women to continue on their journey to independence and achieve their full potential.
  • Work in partnership with Service Managers to deliver a high-quality support service.
  • Provide informal leadership, coaching, and support to less experienced team members.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with women in supported housing or community health settings, particularly those with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses.
  • NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or the commitment to work towards it.
  • Strong understanding of recovery models and therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
