Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner in Perinatal Mental Health. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, recovery-focused care to women and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake advanced clinical assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement protocols and clinical guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for staff.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Professional (RMN, AHCP) with a minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience.
  • Education to degree level (at least 2:2 honors degree) and GCSE or Level 2 Maths and English Language.
  • Experience of working with clients with complex needs and compiling protocols and clinical guidance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
