About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Swim Team Leader at Sporting House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and review swimming lessons to 3-11 year olds, babies, and adults
  • Provide lifeguard duties for learn to swim lessons
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Complete and record electronically all relevant health and safety checks
  • Help maintain the facility to a high standard at all times
  • Be a positive role model for young people and encourage them to reach their full swimming potential
Requirements
  • Fully funded training and qualifications provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focused and demonstrates a determined and committed approach to quality of standards and cleanliness
