We Are Swim is seeking enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to join our team as Swimming Instructors. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, promoting a fun and engaging learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver swimming lessons, adhering to our scheme of work and lesson plans
- Integrate our program reward schemes into classes, motivating swimmers to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its correct usage
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments, maintaining safety standards in sessions
- Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to progress
- Provide explanations and demonstrate modern swimming techniques
- Develop swimmers' techniques and identify areas for improvement
- Create a positive and motivating environment, encouraging swimmers to achieve their goals
- Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback
- Regularly assess swimmers' progress and arrange for the award of certificates using our online portal
Requirements:
