Swimming Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team at Total Swimming Group. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, inspiring them to develop a lifelong love of swimming.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons, adhering to our scheme of work and lesson plans
  • Integrate our programme reward schemes into classes, motivating swimmers to reach their full potential
  • Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its correct use
  • Conduct dynamic risk assessments and maintain safety standards in sessions
  • Assess swimmers' abilities and provide feedback to help them improve
  • Develop and demonstrate modern swimming techniques, creating a positive and fun environment for swimmers
  • Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback

  • Ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
  • Perseverance and patience
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
