We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons that meet the needs of our swimmers
• Use technology to track swimmers' progress and provide feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for swimmers and parents
• Ensure safe provision of equipment and adherence to safety standards
• Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
• Develop and demonstrate modern swimming techniques
• Create a positive and fun environment that motivates and encourages swimmers
• Evaluate sessions and provide feedback
• Assess swimmers' progress and arrange for certificates using our online portal
