Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Practitioner Psychologist. As a key member of our psychology team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, developing and implementing treatment plans, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of psychology services and policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist who possesses the following qualities:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
