About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a caseload of pupils, working closely with other clinicians to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the skills of our team.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South) to drive service development and improvement.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work, ensuring that our services are evidence-based and effective.
  • Supervise and support Assistant Psychologists, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading strategically
  • Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners and stakeholders
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant postqualification experience with adults
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
