Key Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding pharmacy services in compliance with current regulations and clinical standards
  • Offering expert advice to medical professionals, other healthcare providers, and patients
  • Ensuring the safe, appropriate, and economical use of medications
  • Leading, motivating, and managing the pharmacy team
  • Advising on the safe management of medications across the hospital and its departments
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and audits within the pharmacy

Candidate Profile:
To be considered for the Pharmacy Manager position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be GPHC registered with no restrictions or conditions on your registration
  • Eligibility to reside and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a clinical setting within the UK
  • Proven managerial experience in a pharmacy environment in the UK is essential
  • Knowledge and awareness of Oncology Pharmacy
  • Exceptional communication skills
