**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide an exemplary pharmacy service, adhering to current legislation, clinical requirements, and professional standards.
  • Offer advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients, ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
  • Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the pharmacy team, providing excellent leadership.
  • Advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and audits within pharmacy, promoting a continuous learning culture within the team.
  • Promote a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to delivering an efficient, high-quality healthcare service.

**Requirements:**

  • Be General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) registered, with no restrictions or conditions on your registration.
  • Have experience working in a clinical setting as a Pharmacist.
  • Hold leadership/managerial experience in a Pharmacy setting.
  • Have an awareness and knowledge of Oncology Pharmacy.
  • Be able to share evidence-based practices with colleagues to enhance service and standards.
