About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
As the Pharmacy Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding pharmacy services in compliance with current regulations and clinical standards
  • Offering expert advice to medical staff, other healthcare professionals, and patients
  • Ensuring the safe, appropriate, and economical use of medications
  • Leading, motivating, and managing the pharmacy team effectively
  • Advising on the safe management of pharmaceuticals across the facility and its departments
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and audits within the pharmacy

Candidate Profile:
To be considered for the Pharmacy Operations Manager position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid GPHC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to reside and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a clinical environment within the UK
  • Proven managerial experience in a pharmacy setting in the UK is essential
  • Knowledge and awareness of Oncology Pharmacy
  • Excellent communication abilities
