Clinical Hospital Pharmacy Director

MediTalent Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Hospital Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team at a leading private hospital in Reading.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running of the pharmacy department, ensuring safe medicine management, mentoring and leadership of the team, and supporting growth and direction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
- Provide clinical direction and leadership to the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop junior members of staff, fostering their career growth and professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with no restrictions on your current PIN.
- Proven management experience or a leadership position in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- A strong senior background in pharmacy, with a track record of success.
