Exciting Opportunity for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our pharmacy ward-based team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will assist in leading and coordinating the delivery of the Pharmacy service, providing expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and other members of the multidisciplinary team across our acute hospital at Scunthorpe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advanced clinical pharmacy services within the surgery directorate, education, and training
  • Improving patient safety through clinical and pharmaceutical audit and research
  • Supporting the Trustwide Nutrition team in providing advice on parenteral nutrition
