International Partnerships Manager

Spotlight Recruitment is seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with education agents and influencing sales growth.
This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days working from our offices in Oxford and 2 days working from home. In addition to this, we offer 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) and the exciting opportunity for international travel.
You will have the chance to identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies and deliver on the plans. As International Partnerships Manager, you will also organise global webinars, student recruitment fairs and overseas visits to schools and key partners, so excellent presentation skills with an ability to inspire students and partners is key.
The ideal candidate will have a robust network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies for independent schools in these regions and proven experience in identifying and growing these relationships.
This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.
We are looking for an International Partnerships Manager with excellent relationship building skills, who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. If you have similar international partnerships experience within the education sector and with an existing network of contacts, we would love to hear from you.
