As a Vice President in the ICB Legal team, you will be integral to the development and execution of innovative products and services. Your expertise will guide the legal framework for commercial agreements and partnerships, ensuring compliance and risk management in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and structure agreements with various stakeholders, including vendors and partners, focusing on technology-related contracts such as SaaS, cloud services, and joint ventures.
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance on risks associated with new product development, particularly in relation to digitalization, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Deliver timely and effective legal support for corporate transactions and commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and coordinate legal advice, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Engage external legal counsel as necessary to address complex legal matters.
