Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical supervision to non-clinical staff, including training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure that non-clinical staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure that patient care is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register.
