About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at OSF Digital. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
    • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, quality, and performance
    • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
    • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Report project outcomes and/or risks to management channels and escalate issues as necessary
    • Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Requirements
  • Professional Certification
    • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience and Skills
    • Five or more years of project management experience
    • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
    • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
    • Proven success working with all levels of management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
