Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our cloud services initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing cloud implementation projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Project Leadership:

  • Oversee and direct cloud implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to architect, develop, and launch scalable cloud solutions.
  • Ensure that cloud projects are in sync with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud best practices and architectural standards.

Project Delivery Management:

  • Assume responsibility for project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that include resource distribution, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify and address challenges and obstacles to sustain project progress.

Project Tracking and Reporting:

  • Utilize project management tools to monitor tasks, track progress, and provide status updates.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including user stories and backlog items.
  • Implement optimized workflows to enhance project management efficiency and team collaboration.

Performance Reporting:

  • Compile and present detailed weekly reports on project performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and successes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create visual dashboards to effectively convey data insights.
