Job Title: Cladding and Rainscreen Project Manager

Job Type: Temporary Contract

Location: Remote (with occasional site visits)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cladding and Rainscreen Project Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of cladding and rainscreen installation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Work closely with clients, design teams, and construction managers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Coordinate the flow of information between stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to contract programs
  • Procure skilled labor installers and ensure site teams comply with company policies and procedures
  • Compile operational programs, produce progress reports, and develop and obtain client approval of RAMS
  • Oversee and manage health and safety and environmental-related documents and inspections
  • Undertake toolbox talks and resource experienced labor to achieve contract start and completion dates
  • Attend client pre-start, design team, and coordination meetings as requested
  • Record variations, lost time, and materials incurred for QS recovery
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to confirm critical events or agreements
  • Maintain a high standard of quality on all projects and record any delays that arise
  • Maintain all health and safety records for both the client and FCB

Requirements:

  • Hold a full driving license
  • Several years' experience in Cladding and Rainscreen project management is essential
  • Construction-related health and safety and competence qualifications minimum SMSTS
  • Experience in dealing with multiple clients and negotiations
  • Excellent project management skills and financial monitoring is essential
  • Essential IT skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Read and understand drawings
  • High degree of professionalism for dealing with a variety of client matters at all levels
  • Good communications with internal clients construction team
  • Commercially aware
