Salary: £45,000
Are you a skilled Manufacturing Site Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Production Lead, or Engineering Supervisor seeking a rewarding opportunity in Dartford? We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 for a proactive individual to become part of our team. A forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:Hands-On Responsibilities (80%):
- Establishing production workflows
- Conducting daily compliance assessments
- Managing loading and unloading of vehicles
- Operating Fork Lift Truck
- Performing Health & Safety evaluations on machinery
- Ensuring Quality Assurance
- Overseeing delivery operations (incoming and outgoing goods)
Hands-Off Responsibilities (20%):
- Coordinating staff schedules, evaluations, and leave
- Supervising temporary workforce
- Inventory management and stock audits
- Conducting Facility Health & Safety inspections
- Handling HR functions and disciplinary procedures
- Direct and manage a team of production personnel and temporary staff
- Formulate and execute production timelines to satisfy customer requirements
- Track production performance and implement corrective measures to achieve objectives
- Perform Fork Truck operations as necessary
- Carry out routine inspections of machinery
