Position Summary:
We are currently looking for skilled Recovery Coordinators to join our team on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Recovery Coordinator, you will:

  • Engage with service users to assess their needs and deliver brief interventions.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, outreach teams, and law enforcement to support individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to connect with homeless individuals, offering essential advice, information, and advocacy.
  • Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to foster trust and enhance service engagement.
  • Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring service users are informed about available resources.
  • Involve service users in the creation of personalized recovery plans.
  • Facilitate access to clinical, psychosocial, health, and housing services, as well as other community resources.

Compensation:
£20 per hour for a commitment of 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Contract Details:
Minimum contract duration of 3 months, with potential for extension.

Additional Benefits:
We provide coverage for DBS checks and training costs.
