Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role within banking, fintech, financial services, or MNCs.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banks, EMIs, PSPs, and other financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, and global markets.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial services.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in a startup or change-driven culture.

  • Demonstrable success in opening banking relationships in multiple jurisdictions.
