About the Role - Night Support Worker

  • Provide a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents at Halton and Brennan Lodge during overnight hours.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and crises, ensuring the well-being of all residents.
  • Assist residents with complex challenges, guiding them towards overcoming obstacles and developing essential life skills for independent living.
  • Create a stable and nurturing environment that enables individuals facing chaotic lifestyles, educational or health issues to stabilize their lives and achieve their goals.
  • Support residents in achieving positive outcomes across key areas such as independent living skills, community integration, meaningful employment opportunities, social skills development, overall well-being, financial management, reduction in offending behaviors, substance misuse management, and securing sustainable tenancies.
