About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and clinical needs.
  • Assist with medication administration and management.
  • Support service users with their hobbies and interests, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • 3 months' previous care experience.
  • Medication Administration training.
  • Personal Care skills.
  • Moving and Handling training.
  • Covid Vaccinations.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with spinal injury management.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Days: 8am – 5:30pm, 12:30pm – 8:30pm.
  • Nights: 8pm – 9am.
  • Alternate weekends required.

Pay Rates

  • Weekdays: £13.00 per hour.
  • Weeknights: £14.00 per hour.
  • Weekends: £15.00 per hour.
  • Bank Holiday: £17.00 per hour.
