We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare support.
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration

  • Moving and Handling
