Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals who require complex care and support. You will be responsible for providing personal care, moving and handling, and meeting clinical care needs. Our service users are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support that makes a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with moving and handling, including transferring and repositioning
  • Meet clinical care needs, including administering medication and providing clinical observations
  • Build positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
