Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Assist service users with their clinical care needs, including repositioning, clinical observations, and attending to their clinical needs when required.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to our service users.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user care and support, including medication administration and clinical observations.
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
