Your Role:

As a Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for leading by example in our kitchen, mastering pub classics, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You'll work closely with the Head Chef, covering their responsibilities when they're off, and be accountable for running the line during service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team to develop their skills
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
