Key Responsibilities:- **Client Management:** Oversee multiple domestic clients, ensuring projects are on track and targets are met.
- **Complaint Resolution:** Act as the first point of contact for client complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the project coordinator to ensure all team tasks are completed and client communications are timely.
- **Administrative Tasks:** Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining project records, processing client queries, and updating systems.
- **Resource Planning:** Ensure surveyors are efficiently booked and manage route planning using a large geographically scaled diary system.
- **KPI Monitoring:** Ensure the team meets daily and monthly KPI targets, reporting progress to senior management.
- **Financial Reporting:** Maintain accurate financial records, including costs and purchase order numbers for each project.
- **Client Meetings:** Attend client meetings, take notes, and ensure action points are communicated to relevant team members.
- 2+ years of project coordination and team management experience.
- Extensive administration experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience managing large-scale clients and projects.
- Excellent client relation and customer service skills.
- Team management experience.
- Strong time management skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and handle issues as they arise.
- Experience in social housing or council housing is desirable.
