About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
