Job Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner Analyst

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner Analyst at Motability Operations, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Finance Manager and Finance Business Partner in various financial processes. Your responsibilities will include reporting, insight analysis, control, budgeting, and forecasting of overheads and customer support costs in your area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting for your area, including variance analysis, commentary, and HoF and KPI packs.
  • Work with the business to understand variances, historical, and future trends for financials and headcount.
  • Prepare the capex matrix and maintain capex policy for projects within your area.
  • Support in the preparation of business cases for key projects.
  • Effectively explain accounting principles to non-financial colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experience of using Oracle, Hyperion, OBIEE, or other relevant finance systems.
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of key accounting principles such as debits/credits, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Relevant exposure to varying levels of business stakeholders.
  • Part Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, etc).
