## Job Title: National Account Executive - Garden Centre Groups & Independents

## Job Summary:

As a National Account Executive at Talent Guardian, you will be responsible for managing and growing accounts within Garden Centres, Farm Shops, and Premium Independents. Your key responsibilities will include hitting sales and profit targets, increasing product range, and building strong customer partnerships.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts to achieve growth targets and increase product range
* Develop new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
* Accurately report on sales and risks, delivering against budgeted sales and profit

## Requirements:

* Proven sales experience with strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to travel within the UK for customer visits
* London Office presence required 1 day every two weeks
