Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and enforcing safety protocols to protect both staff and contractors.
  • Monitoring the quality of work and the competency of team members.
  • Compiling essential reports to track progress and compliance.

Technical Expertise

As part of the Signalling & Telecoms division, you will engage with critical equipment, including:

  • Signals that regulate train movements.
  • Level crossings and points systems.

Your eagerness to learn will enable you to acquire a diverse skill set across manual, electrical, and digital technologies.

Team Leadership

Your role as a leader is vital. You will be responsible for:

  • Directing and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Organizing workflows to enhance efficiency.
