About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Signal Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Telent Technology Services Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic signal infrastructure across London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance of traffic signals to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Attend faults on site as required by the contract, using logical fault-finding skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Interrogate equipment controllers of all types and carry out fault analysis to identify root causes.
  • Complete daily work sheets and produce test results to document maintenance activities.
  • Carry out periodic inspections in line with the contract to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of Traffic Signals maintenance or similar industry expertise.
  • Awareness of personal safety and measurement and testing procedures.
  • Logical, fault-finding mindset and competence in site safety.
  • Full UK driving licence.
