Energy Telesales Consultant

A challenging sales career opportunity with uncapped commission and a competitive salary OTE £50,000+ awaits an enthusiastic and positive Telesales Consultant to join our award-winning company.

We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated, driven individuals to work with our energy department, offering great solutions to clients while learning and understanding all products Utility Trade Group offer.

The successful candidate will benefit from working with an established, innovative business that has been in the industry for over 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a full 360 capacity by calling, acquiring, and closing your own sales opportunities
  • Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning and effective use of the sales cycle
  • Eliminate objections using up-to-date market/product information
  • Present unique solutions that save our customers time, money, and reduce their carbon emissions
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with future customers
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
  • Adhere to sales compliance rules at all times
  • Accurately complete all customer details and sales information on the organisation's CRM system
  • Consistently pursue and understand your pipeline
  • Attend on-going training and coaching sessions
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Present daily forecasts of upcoming sales to your Team Manager
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Significant outbound sales experience, preferably in the energy industry
  • Work on your own initiative and part of a team to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure of targets and deadlines
