About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Home Manager to lead our team at Bridge View House, a care home that provides high-quality care to our residents. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, leading a team of care professionals, and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, therapy, and activities, to ensure that our residents receive a holistic approach to care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a nursing setting, with a strong operational management background.
