Accounts Administrator | Part-Time Position

Our client, McGuinness And Co, is a well-established firm of accountants with a commitment to delivering exceptional financial services. They are currently seeking a skilled and adaptable individual to join their team in a part-time capacity, working 4 days a week, 7 hours each day. There is potential for a full-time role for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
This position is essential for upholding the quality of service that clients expect. The company is flexible regarding work arrangements, considering options such as:
1. A single candidate who can commute between different office locations.
2. Two candidates, each based at one of the offices.
3. A candidate who prefers to work from a specific office.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Services:
- Filing with Companies House
- Managing payroll using Sage
- Bookkeeping with Sage, QuickBooks, etc.
- Processing tax returns
- Basic financial statement preparation

Administrative Duties:
- Maintaining digital document files
- Compiling various regular reports
- Handling telephone and reception tasks
- Managing office supplies
- General typing and clerical work
