We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our prestigious care service in the Preston area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the Registered Manager to develop, implement, and maintain exceptional care services.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic team to provide wrap-around care for vulnerable and SEND youths in a residential setting. You will be responsible for leading by example, managing the team, completing service/care reviews, and training. Your new role will see you working Monday-Friday on an off-shift basis, with flexibility required.

Requirements
  • Full "Right to Work" in the UK
  • A minimum of 2 years of referenceable experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Child and Young People Workforce
