Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of our nursery, working closely with the Management Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Our nursery is a dynamic and supportive environment, where our staff are encouraged to develop their skills and expertise. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all our children and staff, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Management Team in the leadership and management of the nursery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education
  • Work closely with the nursery team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's strategic plan
  • Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Leadership experience within a nursery setting
