About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Ward Manager and providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team, supporting the Ward Manager.
- Possess clinical experience and leadership skills, bolstering the confidence and expertise of the nursing team and the ward as a whole.
- Be entrusted with specific delegated responsibilities from the ward manager, including protected time for deputy ward manager duties and supervision of a designated staff group.
Requirements:
- Essential clinical supervision experience.
- A commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and leadership enhancement.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Experience in Acute Mental Health.
- Mentorship skills are desirable, though training could be provided.
