- Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, highlighting trends and making recommendations for improvements, and providing actionable insights to business leaders.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with department heads and managers to provide financial insights and support business decisions, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required, providing flexible and responsive support to the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in management accounting, with a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
