Job Summary

This role is a key member of our finance team, working closely with the LES Finance Business Partner to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, management reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation. The successful candidate will also take direct responsibility for freight and warehousing cost controlling, budgeting, inventory management, and AR reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of management accounting or financial analysis experience;
  • Clear understanding of the budgeting cycle process, including implications of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow;
  • Part-qualified accountant or newly qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent);
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience of building and working with complex financial modeling and large data sets;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Courageous, compassionate, and collaborative team player;
  • Business acumen, holistic thinking, and attention to detail;
  • SAP experience is essential;
  • TM1 experience is advantageous.
