About the Role

Ocado Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Logistics Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our external retailers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual budget and forecast process, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including journals, cost allocations, and management information, to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver clear and insightful commentary on financial and operational performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Accounting, to ensure effective collaboration and strong business results.
  • Review and support capital spend approval requests, ensuring proper controls are in place and driving improvements in business processes and financial controls.

About You:

We are looking for a newly qualified CIMA / ACA / ACCA accountant or someone with equivalent experience. You will have demonstrable knowledge of finance accounting procedures and controls, as well as experience of running a month-end process, including invoices, accruals, and prepayments. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management and communication skills are essential.
